5. Harass citizens' groups
6. Engage in arbitrary detention and release
7. Target key individuals
8. Control the press
9. Dissent equals treason
10. Suspend the rule of law
This article was written from a leftist or liberal point of view and is quite revealing. #1 - The liberals would say one name for both: "Bush." #2 - North Vietnam after Jane Fonda's visit or Taliban & Al Qaida after Harry Reid's "lost war" remark. #3 - Isn't that what "Code Pink" and "P.E.T.A." and Cindy Shehan and Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton and John Kerry and Al Gore are? #4 - Every liberal Congressperson qualifies here. #5 - The ACLU, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Al Gore. #6 - Liberal Judges creating law instead of upholding it. #7 - And just how many Republicans have Liberals sacrificed at their altar of socialism? #8 - I laugh! Everyone, including the press, knows that the press is controlled by left leaning liberals. #9 - For Liberals, dissent of their agenda equals euthanasia, if they had the power to use it. And for one Senator in particular, strange death reports seem to follow her around. #10 - If the Leftists could suspend the rule of law, they would place socialism or communism in its place faster than you can say Karl Marx.
