COMPUTER TRESPASS---RCW 9A.52.110---Computer trespass in the first degree.

(1) A person is guilty of computer trespass in the first degree if the person, without authorization, intentionally gains access to a computer system or electronic database of another; and (a) The access is made with the intent to commit another crime; or (b) The violation involves a computer or database maintained by a government agency.

(2) Computer trespass in the first degree is a class C felony.

Happy Mother's Day!!

I have been saying Happy Mother's Day for 60 years to my Mom. In the early years, I'm sure my Dad said it for me. Yes, my parents are still alive. And I am aware how blessed I am to have them both still alive. Many of my peers and friends have already lost their Moms and some have lost both parents. Being a "half-orphan" or an "orphan" at a grown up age is just as difficult as being orphaned earlier in one's life. I for one am not ready to be orphaned.

I have a functional family. In a world where that's not the norm any longer, I realize how much that's worth.

My Dad was a good provider. He was also a good planner. Both parents are safe and secure in a Retirement Community. And this is not your "high-rise wonder" style of Retirement Community, either. It's more like a huge luxury liner set up on dry land. And I am so fortunate that Dad planned for their future.

Actually, they are the fortunate ones. They don't have to live with me or my brother! THAT is a great Mother's Day Gift to themselves.

If you read this Mom, Happy Mother's Day, and I can't wait to say it again next May!

George Stephanopoulos tries to correct Obama when he says "my Muslim faith" but it wasn't a gaffe and Obama corrects Stephanopoulos. The Question is: Why say "MY Muslim faith" first? He went back to correct Stephanopoulos, but again "MY Muslim faith" was used. WHY?
