I believe that I have single-thoughtedly, resolved two issues by suggesting that the illegal parent(s) of anchor babies be deported (they have broken the law; they are not above the law) and that their Anchor Babies (US citizens all) be placed for adoption into the homes of US Citizens.
This sounds like a win/win situation to immigration and adoption. Feel free to email your representatives.
I am conflicted about immigration, however, I propose that someone do some research on the cost of placing Anchor Babies up for adoption by US citizens when the parent(s) are deported.
I think the cost of placing babies and children for adoption would be far less than the cost of supporting entire illegal lawbreaking immigrants until those children turn 21 years old and can sponsor their parent(s) citizenship.
Has anyone proposed this? Even if it's not feasible, would this not be something to broadcast to see what kind of reception it would bring from the illegal lawbreaking immigrant segment of our society?
We have many many parents willing to adopt and we don't have the children available for adoption.
I think this idea has potential for some heated and honest discussion among the public.
Thank you
Pass it on, bloggers and friends, pass it on. The idea should engender some strong sentiments among Americans as well as illegals.
Keep the Anchor Babies. Place them for Adoption. Deport the illegal parents. Couldn't having illegal-lawbreaking parents be a form of 'child abuse?'
