Obama Adm. Hit With $43 Trillion Lawsuit

Watchdogs Question Obama Donor Influence in ‘Fiscal Cliff’ Meetings
Supporters of President Obama who maxed out personal contributions to his campaign or the Democratic National Committee, or helped bundle hundreds of thousands of dollars more, have been seated at the table in every publicly-announced post-election White House meeting with “business leaders,” according to lists released by the administration. ~~~ Sounds like collusion to me and I am fairly sure that it's unlawful.

The Fiscal Cliff: Another Crisis the Dems Won’t Let Go to Waste 
...despite the fact that our problems arise from too much spending, and despite the graphic warnings daily issuing from Europe where the wages of unrestrained spending and extravagant entitlements are obvious, Obama and the Democrats have nothing to offer but class warfare magical thinking about making the rich “pay their fair share,” and vague promises of future spending cuts that history shows us never materialize. The “fair share” meme, of course, is a dodge. By any objective standards, the “rich” already pay more than their fair share.

UNION LEADERS, OCCUPIERS WANT MINIMUM WAGE INCREASE IN FISCAL CLIFF DEAL
According to NYU Local, "labor advocates and some economists insist that a permanent fix must include higher wages," and because labor unions were instrumental in helping Obama win reelection, they may pressure the president to increase the minimum wage.

FISCAL CLIFF IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR GOP TO UNDO TARP MISTAKE 
TARP, or the Troubled Asset Relief Program, was more a symbolic gesture to calm the markets rather than a real and immediate solution. Half of the money was not even spent until President Barack Obama took office nearly three months after the bill’s passage in October 2008. Much of it was mis-spent to reward Wall Street cronies; the head of the FDIC, Sheila Bair, now says that TARP was not necessary in the first place.

The solution to Fiscal Problems:  Reduce the size and scope of Government and you could easily cut spending and reduce waste and duplication.  It will be 'painful' but all surgery is.
