(1) A person is guilty of computer trespass in the first degree if the person, without authorization, intentionally gains access to a computer system or electronic database of another; and (a) The access is made with the intent to commit another crime; or (b) The violation involves a computer or database maintained by a government agency.

(2) Computer trespass in the first degree is a class C felony.

His Name Is Barry Soetoro; US Citizenship Questionable

Did I tell you so or what? I told you so! Barack Hussein Obama, Jr, is a Figment Of Barry Soetoro's Imagination. Just like most of his story in his books were fairy tales. The Republicans have the Birth Certificate in hand.

The Name on the Certificate is Barry Soetoro. He was adopted by Lolo Soetoro and became an Indonesian citizen in 1965-1966. He used his Indonesian Citizenship to obtain a Passport to travel to Pakistan in 1981, while he was a college student.

He may not even be a US Citizen. He's gotten College Grants, Affirmative Action, been a Senator in Illinois and a US Senator . . . and he's INELIGIBLE because he is not a United States Citizen!

Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama, Jr, owes the Citizens of the United States an apology and reparations.

And the Democrats??? They should bow their heads in SHAME!!!

George Stephanopoulos tries to correct Obama when he says "my Muslim faith" but it wasn't a gaffe and Obama corrects Stephanopoulos. The Question is: Why say "MY Muslim faith" first? He went back to correct Stephanopoulos, but again "MY Muslim faith" was used. WHY?
