COMPUTER TRESPASS---RCW 9A.52.110---Computer trespass in the first degree.
(1) A person is guilty of computer trespass in the first degree if the person, without authorization, intentionally gains access to a computer system or electronic database of another; and (a) The access is made with the intent to commit another crime; or (b) The violation involves a computer or database maintained by a government agency.
(2) Computer trespass in the first degree is a class C felony.

The Didache ( also referred to as The Teachings of the Twelve Apostles ) , the oldest extant manual of church order, dating from the late first or early second century states: "You shall not kill the embryo by abortion and shall not cause the newborn to perish." ( Lumen Gentium, No. 25; Mysterium Ecclesiae, No. 2 ) Catholics believe that the Holy Spirit guides the Church and protects it from error. We believe that the Roman Pontiff, Pope Francis, is the successor of Peter, the Rock on whom Jesus Christ has built his Church, and is not just another man who is entitled to his opinions on faith. We believe that we are called to trust the Spirit to guide the Church, so we do not pick and choose among her teachings.

I don't know 'bout the rest of that scribble, but based on my [somewhat limited] knowledge of Latin, I'm pretty sure it's John 3:16...
We have a WINNER. Very good. All the written languages say the same thing. Congratulations for your good memory of Latin. Not such a 'dead' language after all? Came in handy.
Latin is only a dead language insofar as nobody actually speaks it...except in evolved forms like Español, in which I'm fluent.
But it still gets plenty of use by the legal and medical professions...
